The villa features four double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning. The master bedroom also includes a walk-in wardrobe and a private terrace.
On the ground floor, directly connected to the living area, there is a spacious terrace with a swimming pool, outdoor grill, seating area, and sun loungers. A trampoline in the garden provides entertainment for children.
The villa is equipped with two TVs and high-speed internet. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. A washing machine and dryer are also available if needed. The villa is always professionally cleaned and fully prepared for your stay.
Outdoor parking on the property offers a total of four parking spaces.

We spent a long weekend at the villa in October. Luxury is reflected not only in the high-end amenities—each bedroom has its own private bathroom, making it perfect for larger families or groups—but also in the overall atmosphere. Crystal-clear sea just a short walk away, a private pool, and unforgettable sunsets. Nearby, you’ll find the beautiful Royal Vineyard with wine tastings, as well as great day trips to Zadar, Nin, Paklenica National Park, or the Krka waterfalls.
